Moved all of the queue checking to a separate thread. Hopefully this will improve server performance. Overall it still should take about same resources on the computer, but since calculations will be done off bukkit server thread it at least won't lag it on particularly long queues.

I've done some testing, and everything seem to be working, although there still might be some thread safety issues that I haven't resolved. Report if you see anything.
