What's new
Added "/rb region alarm time/radius/message regionName value" command.
This will send out message to anyone within a certain area of a block that is about to respawn. Time will mean how soon before respawn, message will be sent out. Radius - how close players must be to a block (not whole region, just some random block in it). Message - what will be sent out as an alarm.
Also, this will only work for sync regions. Setting time to 0 will make alarm not display.
