Added framework for SQL, expect it for another 1.6 release.

Regions are stored differently, multiple worlds should take much less ram now.

Lots of changes to the flags system, should work better.

Removed pesky debug messages from last build.

This is just so you can use redProtect on 1.2.0, expect a full release soon.

WARNING: OLD REGION FILES WON'T WORK WITH THIS RELEASE, REGIONS 1.5.0 & LOWER WILL BE RESET.

The parent nodes, 'redprotect.user', 'redprotect.admin', may not work. I didn't have anyone to test this multiplayer with, so use at your own risk. I'd suggest backing up your old data folder.
