redProtect

Added a flags system, type "/rp flag" for more information.

Additional permission nodes have been added, if you have a flag suggestion, post a ticket.

The parent nodes, 'redprotect.user', 'redprotect.admin', don't work. (Untested, presumed from last build)

Random debug messages, will be removed in the next build.

Anything with 'teh mat is:' or 'null pointer exception' won't cause any harm, but they will fill up your log quickly, so if that bothers you, don't upgrade yet.
