Added support for Permissions 3, and other non-SuperPermissions systems.

Added a group-wise maximum area limit, it's only for PEX currently. Add maxregionsize: 'value' to your permissions.yml.

There are also 2 new comands:

  • /rp list - Lists info about all regions you own.
  • /rp limit - Lists your current area used, out of the maximum area for your group.
