vote.votename : replace votename with your vote identifier from the config file to allow player initiate a vote

- configure your minimal answering players count and/or percentage
- configure your minimals yes count and/or percentage
- configure your command with parameters and macros ($1 to $9, $player, $world)
- configure how long is needed to get all answers for the vote
- configure how many reminders will be sent to players during the vote time
- global and/or specific vote settings
- you can customize your messages file
- sample ban / day / night / sun configuration file into the .jar
- sample french messages file into the .jar

- each vote is only for current world
- no multiworlds votes
- you can't vote on a world if a vote is running on another world (even if you don't know that !)
