Allowed Usage of /RC {PlayerName} - Mirrors the use of /RC player {playername}
 
 
 
 
- Teleport Players to a random location within a region
- Command to teleport yourself to a random location within region
- Option of per-region permissions

- Yet again rewrote multiple of the commands, Works the same but runs better / is flexible for addition.
