In this update, I have completely changed the way several commands work. Furthermore, I have allowed portals to have a custom maximum and minimum.
 
This update should in no way change the way current commands work!

- RC warp now has /RC warp {Player}
- /RC warp list & /RC portal list can now have a specified world (e.g /RC portal list world_nether, lists all the portals IN the nether.
 
P.S: While I have tested this out intensively, there may still be some bugs, or maybe somethings that while working are not easy to use. Please let me know!
