Added OnJoinWorlds List to Config.

 

- This will allow you to let player teleport randomly in that world on their first join of that world.

- This is useful for instance if you have a spawn world and want the onJoin option to apply to joining the survival world.

 

NOTE: To use this version and previous ones with 1.7 just turn VanillaBorder to false in the config.
