Version 0.4

- Added the /randomitem {name} command! Gives players a random item. Default perm: OP. Bypasses timer!

Version 0.3

- Second released version of Random Items (skipped version 0.2. Made before rewrite)
- Total code rewrite. Faster and more efficient.
- Items can now be received through chests and signs as well as commands!
- World specific now as well. Default world is "world" so change it if that isn't the name of your world.
- One tester and no reported bugs. Still a beta build though so expect small bugs once in awhile.

- Chests delete all items inside before putting in a random item.
  So don't enable chest acquiring in a world where players have there own chest!
