• [A] Added Mcstats to the plugin.
• [A] Added new permission node: racegames.moderator
• [C] Changed some racegames.admin permissions to racegames.moderator permission. racegames.moderator gives access to start and stop tracks and racegames.admin gives you access to all the commands.
• [F] If two or more tracks get the same amount of votes, the new track will be randomally chosen between those tracks. (Instead of the first track voted for).
• [F] Fixed interference with the /rg command of WorldGuard. Race Games takes priority now.
