This version is only compatable with 1.6.1 builds of Bukkit due to the floats being used to set health instead of doubles

  • Added /mute command
  • Added permission nodes:
    • quicktools.mute - gives you access to the /mute command
    • quicktools.mute.nope - you cannot be muted
  • Added duplicate IP warnings
  • Added the /tempban command
  • Added permission nodes:
    • quicktools.tempban - gives you access to the /tempban command
    • quicktools.tempban.nope - you cannot be temp-banned
