What's new
- added /rocket command
- added permission nodes:
- quicktools.rocket - gives you access to the /rocket command
- quicktools.rocket.other - lets you rocket other players
- fixed bugs with the warp list
- fixed the update feature throwing an error when it couldn't connect to BukkitDev
* You must erase the config.yml then put the updated QuickTools.jar v 1.7.1 in the plugins directory of your server. If you run the server before this you might get errors from the un-updated config.yml file.
