+ Added new permissions

+ Added new command /qb message

+ Items doesn't have any "magic" words in the name space after using /qb item

+ Added color support by & symbol

+ Now you can use arguments after short command

+ Changed plugin logic:

- Now items must have Display name. For this you have to download Colored Items plugin.

- When you'll used /qb item command, all items with mane same item's in your hand will be useful for command/message in the next argument

- You can delete your commands, messages and items. Just put 0 in argument "message/command" or "long type" or "/long type"
