3.0 MAJOR UPDATE

• Cleaned up code

• Added extreme Nashua, blindness, and weakness when /warn command is used

• Added /forgive <player name> which will heal the player and cure effect

• New messages now notify player who did what to them

• Added forgive to the config to set how many hearts are given back

• Can no longer warn, punish, or forgive yourself

• Now notifies whoever used a WarnandPunish command against someone that they were successfully whatevered.

• In console displays a message with link to download page to check for updates

• Added Config File to where you can edit amount of hearts the /warn command sets target to.

- Plugin.yml still has version 2.0

- Punish command doesn't send the sender a message
