Ver 4.11 (Data Collection Patch)

• Updated the list of punishments that shouldn't remove creative by default
• Added extra data to be sent to Metrics server on specific punishment usage^

^Data collected is anonymous and can only determine location to country level. IP addresses are not visible to the developer or the public. Data collected can be viewed at http://www.mcstats.org/plugin/Punishmental . You can opt out by setting 'opt-out' to false in \plugins\PluginMetrics\config.yml"

• RESTORE DOES NOT APPEAR TO BE WORKING!!!!
• Seriously, check that restore works before you do something that you'll think you'll need it for.
• ^ I really can't stress the above enough

The notice on the main page still stands: I will be maintaining this plugin when I have spare time, but as that is now officially rarer than diamond at block level 14, don't expect any immediate reply to tickets or anything like that.
