new features:
1. the plugin blocks now the following damage:
- Damage and Slowness Potions thrown by Players and Entities(Witch)
- Snowballs and other projectiles shooten by entities, such as SnowMans or Skeletons..
- exploding Creepers are now harmless against Animals in WorldGuard Regions
2. When you are OP and join the Server you get 2 little Messages, that'll remind you, to check for updates.
