- Added kitpvp.update
- When a OP or Someone with kitpvp.update permission joins the server, they will get a message saying to check for updates often

kitpvp.extra.fastsoup - Heal 3 hearts with mushroom soup.
kitpvp.extra.nodeathdrop - You don't drop items when you die.
kitpvp.extra.nodrop - You can't drop items in your inventory.

Archer now only has 1 stack of arrows and ironsword with sharpness I
Heavy now has slowness II and strength I

/kits now has mage kit
Fixed some small typos
/kitpvp now has a link to the plugin
