✓ Other plugin mail command detection is delayed slightly to ensure any other unknown bullies have loaded first.

✓ Double chests are no longer able be registered as mailboxes.

✓ Placing a chest next to a mailbox is now blocked, preventing double chest creation.

✓ Optimized how mailboxes are cached in memory and how opening a mailbox is detected

✓ Fixed /mail reload not updating enabled/disabled mail types.

✓ GUI screens now open more or less instantly and the content will load after data is retrieved from the database. While the GUI is waiting, the buttons show "Loading..." under the title. This should help and improve the experience for players/servers with slower connections.

+ Added four custom events devs can listen in on.
