PostalService v1.0.3 Update Notes

✓ Detects mail/mailbox commands registered by other plugins and promptly unregisters them. This solves issues with Essentials being a bully.

✓ Fixes a bug where the "This command cant be run by the console" error persisted in-game after getting it in the console.
