Rewrite, with added features

Should have added this earlier. My bad: Existing warps will not be loaded as a result of the new system. If you want, and have nothing better to do, you can individually add names into a players.db and add "visible: false" to the end of every player's database, after moving them from their folders to the main plugin folder. The format for players.db (example: s0lder) is: "s0lder db:s0lder.db". Replace s0lder with whatever name.
