- Added a custom chart to check if you have update messages enabled or not for metrics

- Added /togglementions (pm.toggle) Aliases: pmtoggle, pmt

- Made it so you can no longer mention yourself

- Added /pmupdate (pm.update or pm.admin)

- Added auto-update (disabled by default, can be changed in the config)
