What's new
- Added cooldown with configurable time in seconds and made it bypassable (pm.admin or pm.bypass) (set to 0 to disable)
- Added option for /pmconfig to set the cooldown from in-game.
- Fixed a "bug" sorta, basically say someones name was 'end' and someone said 'send' it would still mention that person, well now it splits your message and spaces so it will only mention someone if their name is said alone. Wasn't really a bug, someone wanted it fixed though so I fixed it :)
