- Added a config management command (/pmconfig <String> <Value> - pm.admin) and removed all the old commands. (there were 25 commands in last update now there are only 3)

- Changed the message that gets sent in console when an update is out to a warn so colors will work and it will be more noticable (;

- Fixed the bug that would stop one of the prefixes from working if you didnt have one disabled (example if you had the Prefix and the EveryonePrefix enabled one of them would not work)

- I now have a website (well again) and it has forums setup there and stuff so from now on PLEASE report bugs and submit suggestions on my website. https://HYPExMon5ter.net
