Player Kill Reward

• Added a Command To Give The Killer When They Kill Someone. You Can Edit It In The Config. If You Do Not Want A Command When A Player Kills Another Player, Set The Boolean In The Config.yml to false.
• You Can Use <Killer> <Killed> <Money> <MoneyVIP> and <MoneyMVP> in the config.yml. You have to be VERY CAREFUL ABOUT UPPERCASE AND LOWERCASE LETTERS IN THE CONFIG.YML. USE MY EXAMPLES HERE TO REPLACE THE VALUES YOU DESIRE!

• You cannot run commands from the console, they have to be in game, otherwise you get an error. I am working to fix that now :)
