Pl3xLamps

Fixed:

• Lamps now honor cancelled events (This means plugin like WorldGuard that protect the block will work)
• Lamps will no longer duplicate themselves when moved (by pistons, or anything else)
• Lamps will now continue to function when moved by a piston (this includes multiple lamps in one push too)

Other:

• Re-based entire plugin. Now runs faster with more efficient time checks to save your precious CPU cycles and MC ticks.

• Ghost item left on anvil after renaming
• Server startup time severely lags when large amounts of lamps are placed
