Pitfall

• Added support for data values (Pit item only by use of pit-item-data: #)
• Removed Useless debug code.
• Removed the Redstone Feature seeing as it didn't work very well.
• If pitfall detects that it is not replacing blocks for whatever reason it will turn itself off to prevent damage.

If the server crashes while blocks are gone they will not be restored (There is really no way around this without storing the blocks). This is extremely rare and should not be a major concern (unless your server crashes every 62 seconds).
