This is my first OFFICIAL Plugin submitted to bukkitdev for all of you to experiment with!

** Plugin Will Kick Players Higher Then The Ping You Set In The Config.yml * --- Inturn Keeping lag limited and players happy---

===== What's this plugin do? =====

This plugin aims to kick a player based on latency ( Ping ). This plugin uses the method of checking a players ping. Listed below 95% - 100% Accurate! 1). The server will ping the player to check their ping, ( If Playerpingback is enabled ( Recomended Enabled ) )

===== Why do we need it =====?

Ever play a game like Team Fortress 2, Call of duty, or any games that have Latency / Ping? I know VIA TF2 there are users from 200-1000 ping which in turn causes you and the whole server lag and stress. This tool will run Via Background so NO commands needed to activate and It will STOP this from happening!

Example: FlubberJimmers joins a server running this plugin, The server owner has the MaxPing set to 312. FlubberJimmers internet is slow and has a tendency to spike in Ping, Flubber goes from 130 ping to 313 IF his ping stays 313 or higher for longer then 5 seconds he will be kicked. You can customize your own kick message also.

Pros: Light Weight, Simple, Very Little Ram Usage, No Upkeep needed!

Cons: Not for games under 1.5.2 R.1.0, Nothing I can think of! :D

===== FAQ =====:

Q: This plugin crashes on reload how do I fix that, and will it damage my server? A: I've had this issue while testing this plugin Once. It should be fixed in version 1.0, No it wont effect your server!

Q: I set the ping to 60 and no one got kicked. A: As far it has to be 100 or more.

PingLimiter.exempt ( If a player has this permission he/she wont be kicked if they are over your set ping limit.
Ping ( This allows the users to use the /ping <username> to check their ping manually.

Current options are:

Message: Your Ping Is to high. ( Configurable Kick message )
MaxPing: 200 ( Configurable Max Ping in MS )
ScheduleCheck: true ( Configurable Auto check players for over ping )
PlayerPingback: true ( Configurable Allow players to be pinged to ensure 100% accurate kick ) ( Recommended true)
PlayerScanTimer: 450 ( Configurable Player Scan timer allow the server to scan players ping within set time ( In seconds )
