Updated to Spigot 1.9.4. Restored Backwards Compatibility. Added new config option ""respectClaimPerms:". When set to true, if another plugin would normally block interaction or damage with an entity, picking up of that entity is blocked.

Fixed bug with players thinking they're still riding other players

None that I know of, but may interfere with other plugins utilizing shift-right-clicking or shift-left-clicking.

Due to a bug in MC 1.9, the packets to display riders on a player now have to be sent manually using NMS code. This means nothing for the end user, but make sure when downloading PiggyBack you choose the latest version.
