- Removed message sent to player on each broken block, which was added in 2.0 during testing

- Code simplification

- Fixed permissions:
     - All "use" and "craft" permissions are enabled by default
     - If you wish to remove the permissions of all the crafts for example, you will have to remove "pog.craft.pickaxe"/"pog.craft.bighole1"/..., simply removing "pog.craft" will have no impact!
