- fixed world guard / multiverse bug
- restructured directories for save files
- improved loading and saving
- added a reload command to reload plugin settings
- fixed potion effects to run for the proper length of time
- fixed courses to properly save player data on reloads / players logging off and back on

- At this point in time the plugin is designed for multiple parkour courses to be done through a lobby style system with blocks to click on to teleport you to the course start location. This may change for "progressive courses" without a lobby in the future when the resume parkour command is put in.
