A plugin that says "Ouch." on every block break.

- Block breaks trigger "Ouch." as a player message.
- Block placing triggers an "Ahhhh...." as a player message.
- Should be compatible with every version of Bukkit. Compiled using Bukkit #1421. (1.2.4)
- People suggested I follow package naming conventions. -_-
