Was doing some changes, noticed a few mistakes I wanted to quickly fix. Added V1.0.4 because I deleted it for less files that the moderators have to approve.

V1.0.4.1

• Update - Added /back to return to last known location.
• Fix - Fixed a bug when userdata file is null when trying to convert playername to id.
• Fix - Spelling mistake with command delay permission
• Fix - PlayerQuitEvent using old user file directory.

V1.0.4

• Update - Conversion from playernames to uuid format to support name changes and further updates.
• Update - Added /whois <player> to get information about a player.
• Fix - Vault economy support fix.
• Fix - Couple problems with chatcolor changing.
