• Placeholders (astatus} & {status} have been removed and replaced with {toggle}

• Placeholder output for toggle status is now configurable via config
  Thanks @JohOply for the great suggestion

• The entry "no-permission" has been changed to "no-reload-permission"

• Placeholder {permission} now works in all "no-permission" messages informing players in chat which permissions are required including the permission required for each axe type depending on which axe players are wielding at the time will adjust accordingly

• With these new additions I've also added & improved relevant descriptions in the config
