Off-Hand Axes Fix, Added deny strip of WOOD, tidied up some things

  • Fixed axes being able to be used in off-hand to strip, current permissions now also cover off-hand axes
  • Added all WOOD types so that WOOD can no longer be stripped just like LOGS
  • Tidied up help/command menu
  • Changed default prefix, cause why not
