Fixed some file issues:

  • - No longer creates fresh file on reload/restart.
  • - No longer becomes empty if you run a command
  • - On first time load it will no longer not enable the plugin

Added bypass lists:

  • - Always drops these items, no matter where they are from
  • - Never drops these items, but if they are on the always_drop list they will drop.
