Only drops experience and items when a player kills a mob himself. Ends mob trapping.
What's new
Provided basic functionality:
- Built combat tag queue and timer system.
- Edits drop lists accordingly.
- Excepts music discs.
- Created basic config file reader.
- Expanded to work with experience drops.
- Awaiting bukkit update to deal with potion bugs. Mobs drop experience when killed by potions, but no items.
