NOTE: You will need to delete the currant config.yml for this update to work properly

• Added levels (still may be bugs and due to bukkit not having the required methods speed level has not been added)
• Added metrics which will help me decide what translations to offer I have set this file type to beta as most of the features I wanted to include are now in.
