NexGen KoTHs

• Configurable scoreboard update frequency.
• Now supports color codes using the "&" prefix.
• Added the update command.
• Version command now shows the latest version.
• Added the option to enable/disable capturing of KoTHs while invisible.
• Fixed players being able to enderpearl into KoTHs while on enter cool down.
• Made some general improvements.
• Fixed a problem where KoTH capture timers would stay on the scoreboard if the KoTH was ended without being captured by a player.
