Small changes but the changes needed a new version.

Changes:
- No need for two different versions of the plugin. You can use this version on either basically any version of Bukkit (no promises, I've only tested down to 1.6.4 R2.0, upper range unaffected).
- Translation "timeout", should stop a thread-locking bug that could crash servers.
- Bugfix: Translations now display fully, they won't get cut off when there's an ! or ? in the middle of the sentence.
