Bugfixes and changes:
- "script" printout type from /langreport no longer prints in allcaps plus case correction in ISO2/3
- Config now properly generates on first-run
- Fixed potentially null languages from /reload implementation
- /getlang ISO2/3 on 1.7 vers is now in its proper character case
