Not many bugfixes but enough to push a release.

- Fixed players potentially having null languages (thanks to justin393 on dev.bukkit for spotting and reporting that)
- Fixed "/langreport script" (it didn't work before)
- New method for setting languages, commands are the same.

Built for 1.7.x and higher versions of Bukkit, under a certain version (unknown which) this will break, as will ALL previous builds except those specifically built for 1.6 and lower. Use on 1.7.x servers and higher only.
