Base features as follows:
- Chat translation support of 44 languages
- Translations only appear to players of different language to sender
- Plugin startup verification of API key
- UUID support
- Command: /newtrans

- Command: /setlang <language>
- Command: /msg <player> <message>
- Command: /r <player> <message>
- Command: /say <message>

There has previously been a slim link to degrading server performance however this is unconfirmed and requires extensive testing on a large server (averaging 50 players or more per day at least) before any level of confirmation can be given to this.
