Added Exclusive PEX support for modifying prefix and suffix of yourself or other players.

Added confirmation message to preview the nickname, suffix, or prefix your giving a player. (Only when using nick credits).

Updated to 1.4.7 (sorry for the lonnng delay, but life has been busy).

Does not play well with disguise plugins. A fix is if you reconnect your nickname will be returned.

prefix/suffix will only work with PEX.
