- Changed SkillDisguise so that it you can cast it again to get out of disguise. The cooldown now takes effect after you come out of disguise instead of when you first use it.
- New SkillSpeed gives the caster boosts of speed (small jumps) if they are standing ontop of certain blocks (like stationary_water)
SkillCritical doesn't work. I'll fix this soon.
