Bypassed the memory leak in the client due to sending chunks to
it. NO MORE CLIENT CRASHES! This fix also reduces the amount of traffic between client and
server.

Also, smaller craft can lift off from larger craft without the larger craft being released first. So, for example, a fighter can lift off from a carrier without the carrier losing control.

Finally, numerous bug fixes.
