Movecraft

New Features:

1 - WorldGuard integration - if enabled, crafts can not move into regions where the pilot has no build permissions. Also, if enabled, crafts will not sink in regions where pvp is disabled.
2 - /manoverboard command - teleports you back to your craft if you type the command after falling out of a moving craft.
3 - server side light pollution cleanup process - isn't visible unless you leave the area and re-enter it, but it is fixed on the server
4 - added support for command blocks, hoppers, droppers, and trapped chests
5 - added a warning if you walk off a craft in an area where it might merge with nearby blocks when re-piloted
6 - Remote Sign - the ability to activate any movecraft sign remotely, including launching torpedoes and rotating turrets
7 - Important bug fixes, including a big one with turning at high relatize z coordinates that could potentially crash a server
