Ninth Beta v0.9.1 for Bukkit/Spigot 1.7.x - 1.8.x

Getting ready for release and thus finishing up some bugs and cleaning up.

Changelog

- Fixed recipes not working

- Made lore be able to have empty lines. Just write /mi lore <Identifier> <Line> to add an empty space.

- Made consume power be able to handle IDs and data.

- Fixed armor not working as it was supposed.

- Changed setcolor MSAccess colors to hex values.

- Fixed console error when player was being damage/damaging and opening a chest when having an item without lore.

- Fixed small bugs.

- Cleaned up code to make file smaller and more optimized.
