• Added the ability for the server owner to restrict egg spawning while still letting players set mob spawners using eggs.
• Switched from using Register to Vault
• Added new mobs
• General code cleanup and removal of some spout depreciated methods
• Added option to only allow the collection of spawners using a silktouch enchanted item.
• Put the price of each mob in a popup rather than on the button to conserve room on screen.

* You have to log out and back in to see the new mob in the spawner. This is a client side issue
* For spout to work properly you have to use a build later than 1.2.3-R0.2
