Version 19.0 notes:
- Updated to Minecraft 1.9. (1.9+, essentially)
- Action RPG mode cannot lower attack cooldowns any more, zombie world rebalanced accordingly.
- Not officially supported yet
- Version dependent on Spigot 1.9.
